Easy Strawberry Cheesecake

Strawberry cheesecake is my 2nd favorite dessert, next to vanilla white cake with strawberries in the middle covered in whipped cream topping. YUM! I wanted to make this easier for myself being I am very busy, going non stop every single day with a 5 year old, 17 year old and 18 year old children. I made this dessert to bring to a family dinner at my brother in laws home. This dessert was gone before I could blink, lol. I literally wanted a second piece but it was gone. So, I made a second one for our family after the party. You Will Need: 1 tub Cheesecake Filling 12 Graham Crackers Crushed 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Stick Butter, melted  1 lb Strawberries, cut 1/2 Cup Sugar 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Pasta Dough

When making anything Italian I love making my own dough, yes it takes time to make the dough, roll the dough then cook the dough but it is so very rewarding when you complete the meal and enjoy something with no additives. And come on! This recipe has literally 3 ingredients you truly cannot beat that in a pasta!
You Will Need:
4 Cups Flour
4 Eggs
1-2 tbsp Water

Make a well with flour on the counter
Add the eggs in the middle and start pulling it together (my kid, Kailee, took these! Geez!) When you have all the egg mixed in, and its still not pulling together well, add 1 tbsp water at a time until a nice ball is easy to form without being sticky
Let sit room temp, covered for 30 minutes then it is time to roll and use
