Hot Cocoa Sticks

This is seriously the best hot cocoa sticks ever. I make these every Christmas time and give out as gifts to family and friends. Usually, I like to give these with my Christmas candy I make and my homemade fudge. Yearly, we sell these for $1.00 per 2 sticks at the church bake sell and they sell out fast! You can fit 2 sticks in each bag or leave the sticks off and just put the cocoa squares in there. 4/$1.00 is a good price for the bake sale too (without the sticks). You Will Need: 18 Oz. Milk Chocolate Chips 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream, warmed 1 1/2 Cup Hot Cocoa Mix Molds Toppings ( Mini Marshmallows , Peppermint) You have got to try these out!

Fruit Pizza

I love making fruit pizza. It is one of my favorite desserts to make, not only do the children love it but they can customize their 'pizza' how they want it, fruit wise that is. And boy, do they love helping and making their pizza. It allows the children to explore what they like and do not like. Having a bunch of cookie cutters so they can pick what shape they want.
You Will Need:
1 pkg Cream Cheese
2 tsp Sugar
4 tbsp Powder Sugar
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Vanilla
Add softened cream cheese and all the ingredients but the fruits
Whisk until well combined and fluffy
Cut fruit, any organic fruit will work
My homemade sugar cookies
Bake 350 for 10-12 minutes
Cool in freezer for 10-20 minutes or until completely cooled
Spread the cream cheese mixture on top evenly
Place in fridge to set, and serve when ready! YUMM!
