Homemade McChicken

M cChicken sandwich, spicy or regular, has always been a household favorite until McDonalds started adding crap to the recipe. I used to work at McDonalds when I was 16 years old, things have def changed from then to now. Season it how you wish, I just throw a bunch of spices in and call it good! Does not matter what you use.  You Will Need: Ground Chicken Garlic Powder Onion Powder Paprika  Breadcrumbs  Flour Egg Wash Mayo Buns Lettuce Tomato After you form patties, freeze for 1 to 2 hours. Once frozen, dip in flour, egg then bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown and 165 degrees temp reached inside.

Strawberry Orange Gummy Bears

Any parent knows how much children love gummy bears; they have no idea what is in them, if it is good for them or not they just love the little shapes and what not. My kids LOVED gummy bears until I stopped buying stuff with artificial coloring and what not; so I needed to figure out how to get them the gummy bears they desired and bam I did just that!

There may not be a lot of gummies here, but when I put them in the silicone molds, they would not come out this time without being damaged! -_- So, I recommend the second way to make this, not first.

You Will Need:

1/4 Cup Organic Lime Juice (pure:optional- if you like sour, then use this)
1/4 Cup Organic Lemon Juice (pure)
Silicone Molds-or Baking Sheet lined with Unbleached Parchment paper
2 Cups Strawberries
1/2 Cup ( about 2) Oranges
10 tsp Sugar
1/4 Honey
Blender
1 oz. Grass fed gelatin (buy here)

Squeeze your orange juice to get 1/2 cup- add 1/4 cup of lemon and lime juice.

Add strawberries, honey, and citrus juice to a stock pot

Bring to a boil, and boil until the berries are soft; not mushy

Pour into a blender, add sugar as well and blend

Blend until smooth; allow to cool 5 minutes before continuing onward

Add the grass fed gelatin and blend until there is no chunks; I blended for 5 minutes to be safe. Once you stop blending it wills tart to bubble this is how you know it is all mixed through with no lumps {grass fed gelatin is a post I will get into later, about why and how it is SO MUCH better for you than regular!!}

Pour into molds- like I said earlier, I recommend not using these, because they do not come out easily; I recommend using the second method, but if you use these and figure out how to get them out easily, let me know in the comments below!

Refrigerate for 2 hours

Second method, I only had a little left over, so I tried this way too; works so much better!

Using small cookie cutters, cut your shapes out and enjoy. You can store these in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. I feel like they taste better in the fridge! But never last in our house!
