Protein Chocolate Chip & Blueberry Bagels

These are soooooo good! My kids ask me to make these ALL the time. Esp my picky eater, she loves them!! Def can add whatever you want to them, or as toppings. I love mine with either plain or strawberry cream cheese. Yum! I know what I am making this week! No judging, our microwave broke and we decided to order new appliances, these were just old and needed to go, had them for 8 years. I LOVE our new appliances!  Funny story content: I was making mini corndogs and the stupid muffins would not stop crumbling! I was pissed and kinda sorta hit the pan on the side of our counter until it dented! oops.  My son, the one speaking, loves throwing that in my face. 😀  You Will Need: 2 Cups Flour 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 Cup Greek Whole Milk Vanilla Yogurt 2 tbsp Honey  Chocolate Chips/Blueberries (I used frozen wild ones, thawed) Melted Butter, brushed on top before cooking. Cook 400 degrees for 10-15 mins or until golden brown.

CopyCat Taco Bell Sauce

Whenever I was a single mother, working 10 hours a day, going to school and trying to keep up with Kristopher and Kailee (roughly 5 years ago) we would eat taco bell here and there because it was easy to just drive up to a machine speak our order go home eat, throw everything away and be done, no clean up needed... lazy yes! (but we changed). When I would make our Spanish rice recipe we needed taco packets and since we changed the way we ate, I cut those out of our lives. I then had to create Spanish rice without the taco packets and boy that was tricky, but I managed! (Recipe here)
Anyways, I started to crave, horribly, the Spanish rice I grew up on, the one with the taco packets... poor me! I had to figure out what to do! How to make taco bell's taco sauce on my own! And boy did I EVER!!! This stuff tops, 100% any sauce taco bell has! Because this is fresh, organic, unprocessed, amazing sauce without all the additives taco bell throws in the sauce that makes it HORRIBLE for you. The first ingredient and the MAIN ingredient is tomato sauce, and here is the brand I only ever use! (I LOVE Jovial Sauce, buy here, I love buying this sauce in bulk and amazon has amazing prices for them!)Here is what I did...
You Will Need:
16 OZ Crushed Tomatoes
2/3 Cups Water
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
3 tsp Cumin
3 tsp Onions, minced
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Garlic Granules
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Place all the ingredients into a nice sized sauce pan, you do not want to use a small pan because it will splash all over the place, as you see splashes on my rim.
I poured mine into a mason jar, because to be honest we do NOT use plastic. I let it completely cool in the jar before placing it into the fridge. Keeps in the fridge for 1 to 2 weeks... but honestly when you have tacos it will not last take long! Well not in my family!
We have two different nachos (mine is on the top, of course I LOVE THEM LOADED! and Daniel is not a big fan of lots of ingredients, but we both LOVE LOVE LOVE this taco sauce! (mine on the top has my chili nacho sauce!))
