Chewy Fudge Brownies

These brownies are my families favorite homemade brownies, hell box brownies do not compare to this recipe. I am not a big chocolate fan, but my son LOVES chocolate and he does devour these. Even tho I am not a BIG chocolate eater, these hit the spot during good ol' aunt flow's visit (which is the ONLY time I crave chocolate).
You Will Need:
1 1/2 Sticks Butter
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 1/4 Cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Water
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Chocolate Chips (optional)
**Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes**
