Easy Strawberry Cheesecake

Strawberry cheesecake is my 2nd favorite dessert, next to vanilla white cake with strawberries in the middle covered in whipped cream topping. YUM! I wanted to make this easier for myself being I am very busy, going non stop every single day with a 5 year old, 17 year old and 18 year old children. I made this dessert to bring to a family dinner at my brother in laws home. This dessert was gone before I could blink, lol. I literally wanted a second piece but it was gone. So, I made a second one for our family after the party. You Will Need: 1 tub Cheesecake Filling 12 Graham Crackers Crushed 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Stick Butter, melted  1 lb Strawberries, cut 1/2 Cup Sugar 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instant Pancake Mix

If your children are like my kids, then you know you go through ton of flour for pancake mix. I have been making my own pancakes for over 6 years now; I no longer buy frozen or boxed mix. This mix is the easiest mix to ever make, and store for anytime you want or your kids want pancakes or waffles. So stop buying boxed mix, buy a glass jar (at Wal-Mart or Target) and get to making your own. You can even make cute labels and wrap them round the mix jar with twine or string! I will make it easier for y'all and put one in here.
You Will Need:
7 Cups Flour
7 tbsp sugar
7 tbsp Baking Powder
7 tsp Salt
Glass Container
Throw everything into your storage bowl, mix well and you are done
So beautiful..
Now you take 1 Cup of this mix, add 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2-1 cup milk, 1 tbsp melted butter and you are good to go!
