Focaccia

Focaccia is soooo fun to make esp with kids. I love getting my kids involved in cooking. The younger you get them cooking, the more love they have for it and want to do it. I started my son off at 4 years old.. today he LOVES to cook. I did not do the same with my daughter and she is really not into cooking. So, I decided any children we have going forward, their little butts will be cooking. Anytime my nieces or nephews are over, we cook together (bread, pizza, biscuits, whatever).  You Will Need: 4 Cups Bread Flour (King Arthur) 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar (honey or agava)  1.5 tsp Yeast 1 tbsp Oil (olive or avocado) 1 3/4 Cups Warm Water  Bake at 445 degrees 10-12 minutes

Pizza Balls

One of my favorite, easiest dinners to make when time is a thing of the past! I always make sure to have homemade dough on hand for whenever I crave or just plan out do not feel like making dinner lol. Cheese is always stocked in our fridge and pepperonis in the pantry! Sauce is always stocked to, do this means comes extremely easy to make to me. Give it a try and see how much you enjoy this, and you may be able to make this a dish on the nights you just do not have the time or drive to cook a HUGE meal.
You Will Need:
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Salt
Cheese
Pepperoni
Pizza Sauce
Roll your pieces
Place cheese, pepperoni or any toppings
Fold into a ball and roll the ball
Foam a nice ball
Place close together on a dished, greased lightly
425 degrees 18-20 minutes let rest in pan for ten mins
Remove from pan, top with warmed pizza sauce
