Sourdough Starter

This actually works WELL! We had an issue with gnats recently and they kept getting into our starter so we had to start over. Thankfully, I think we got the gnats gone. Turned out there was a towel in our pantry that was covered in fruit that someone wiped up and did not know. Now it's gone. You Will Need: 100g Water (filtered) 100g Flour 1 tsp Yeast

Dehydrate Bananas

Bananas are an amazing snack for children and adults. Dehydrating bananas, like other dehydrated fruits, are so simple to make and so yummy. My favorite is strawberries, but then again anything strawberry is my favorite (from fruit to candle scents- I love it).
You Will Need:
Ripened Bananas
Dehydrator

Cut bananas all the same size, you can use a mandolin or just knife like I did
Arrange on trays
Dehydrate for 8-12 hours
Almost done
Almost done here, if you can still bend the banana it is not done, that means there is still moisture in the banana which if you do not get all the moisture out you will end up with moldy banana chips in a couple days- keep going, you're almost there!
