Homemade McChicken

M cChicken sandwich, spicy or regular, has always been a household favorite until McDonalds started adding crap to the recipe. I used to work at McDonalds when I was 16 years old, things have def changed from then to now. Season it how you wish, I just throw a bunch of spices in and call it good! Does not matter what you use.  You Will Need: Ground Chicken Garlic Powder Onion Powder Paprika  Breadcrumbs  Flour Egg Wash Mayo Buns Lettuce Tomato After you form patties, freeze for 1 to 2 hours. Once frozen, dip in flour, egg then bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown and 165 degrees temp reached inside.

Crockpot Chicken

There is nothing easier than throwing your whole chicken into a crockpot and letting it go all day long (first off it makes the house smell super amazing, and on cold days it heats the house up nicely) and not having to do much, expect flip it half way through. This is simply the best chicken I have ever made! Super moist, and flavorful. Stage 5 chicken I bought at whole foods market, it is pasture raised, no hormones and is just the best choice to buy when feeding your family, but if you cannot afford this (I paid $15.00 for almost 6 pounds, maybe more) then just an organic bird will do.

You Will Need:

1 Whole Organic Stage 5 Chicken
1/2 Cup Homemade Ranch Seasoning
1 tbsp Organic Chicken Base
2 Cups Water
Salt & Pepper
Crockpot

This is the only chicken base I trust

Place all ingredients in the crockpot, on high for 6-8 hours (or until chicken falls apart when you try to pick it up- mine cooked for 5)

I forgot to picture the chicken done! =[ Sorry! Just know it was amazing and tasty we had none left!
BTW (by the way) O-H!!! Go Bucks!
