Focaccia Pizza

Focaccia is soooo fun to make esp with kids. I love getting my kids involved in cooking. The younger you get them cooking, the more love they have for it and want to do it. I started my son off at 4 years old.. today he LOVES to cook. I did not do the same with my daughter and she is really not into cooking. So, I decided any children we have going forward, their little butts will be cooking. Anytime my nieces or nephews are over, we cook together (bread, pizza, biscuits, whatever).  You Will Need: 4 Cups Bread Flour (King Arthur) 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar (honey or agava)  1.5 tsp Yeast 1 tbsp Oil (olive or avocado) 1 3/4 Cups Warm Water  Toppings: Rao Pizza Sauce Sausage Links, cooked and cut Applegate Pepperoni Green Bell Pepper Mushrooms Olives Onions, Sautéed  Pizza-part bake at 445 degrees 10-12 minutes

Vanilla Kefir Smoothie

I love, love, love smoothies! Cannot get enough of them ever! I also love saving these and adding them to a zipzicle bag and freezing them for the kids! I was given free coupons from Maple Hill Creamery to try their new 100% Grass Fed Kefir (I decided to get the Vanilla, Strawberry 2 of each). I have to tell you, this is literally the BEST kefir I have ever tried. I love the idea of it being 100% Grass Fed, all organic and non gmo. I also am using my favorite chocolate powder (cacao powder). This stuff has a lot of super benefits and is good for you (no need to feel bad for adding a wee bit to your smoothies because you are adding a superfood) BAM!! I plan to incorporate more smoothies into my families diets (this one I wanted to add Spinach and you can, I just did not have any at that moment BLAH).
You Will Need:
1 Banana
1/2 - 1 Cup Maple Hill Creamery Vanilla Kefir
1 Kiwi
1 Apple, Cored
Ice
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
2 tsp Cacao Powder
2 tbsp Honey Raw
1/2 Cup Blueberries
Throw all ingredients into the Vitamix Blender and blend until smooth
