Crochet Ruffle Dress

Materials: 

Yarn (of your choice and color)
Yarn Needle
Scissors
Crochet Hook H (5mm)

Pattern:

Ch 50
Row 1: CH 1 SC Around slip stitch to top of first SC
Row 2: CH 1 SC back loops only (continue to slip stitch the same as before)
Row 3-5: Repeat Row 2
Row 6: Back Loops Only! CH 2 1 HDC around
Row 7-18: Repeat Row 6
Row 19: CH 3 1 DC around (in both loops now)
Row 20-29: Repeat Row 19
Row 21-25: Follow Video above for this section {Ruffle Section}
