Homemade McChicken

M cChicken sandwich, spicy or regular, has always been a household favorite until McDonalds started adding crap to the recipe. I used to work at McDonalds when I was 16 years old, things have def changed from then to now. Season it how you wish, I just throw a bunch of spices in and call it good! Does not matter what you use.  You Will Need: Ground Chicken Garlic Powder Onion Powder Paprika  Breadcrumbs  Flour Egg Wash Mayo Buns Lettuce Tomato After you form patties, freeze for 1 to 2 hours. Once frozen, dip in flour, egg then bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown and 165 degrees temp reached inside.

DIY Brownie Mix

Yes you heard me correctly! This is my favorite mix to make as I hate, with a passion, buying box mixes but it is so difficult and inconvenient to make it when you are in a rush; it sucks! This mix can be stored for up to 6 months as along as you place it in an air tight container and in a cool dark area of your house (pantry is perfect). I forgot to picture my organic sugar, but nonetheless it is pictured below. I hope you enjoy these brownies as much as we do.

You Will Need:

6 Cups Organic Whole White Wheat Flour
8 Cups Organic Sugar
2 Cups Organic Fair Trade Baking Cocoa
2 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Salt

To Make:

2 1/4 Cup Brownie Mix
2 Organic Pasture Raised Eggs
1/3 Cup Organic Olive Oil
2 tsp Organic Vanilla

Add baking powder to cocoa powder

Add flour, sugar, salt

I forgot to put sugar in the first picture

Optional, you can add in soy free chocolate chips
Mix everything together

Will last up to 6 months stored in an air tight container

**To Cook:

**Mix all the ingredients in your stand mixer or with an electric mixer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick insert comes out clean. {You can add more mini soy-free chocolate chips before baking. Also, add homemade mini marshmallows}. Allow to cool completely, then cut and top with homemade vanilla ice cream! YUM! (or serve it warm with the ice cream, now that is my favorite!)
