Focaccia Pizza

Focaccia is soooo fun to make esp with kids. I love getting my kids involved in cooking. The younger you get them cooking, the more love they have for it and want to do it. I started my son off at 4 years old.. today he LOVES to cook. I did not do the same with my daughter and she is really not into cooking. So, I decided any children we have going forward, their little butts will be cooking. Anytime my nieces or nephews are over, we cook together (bread, pizza, biscuits, whatever).  You Will Need: 4 Cups Bread Flour (King Arthur) 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar (honey or agava)  1.5 tsp Yeast 1 tbsp Oil (olive or avocado) 1 3/4 Cups Warm Water  Toppings: Rao Pizza Sauce Sausage Links, cooked and cut Applegate Pepperoni Green Bell Pepper Mushrooms Olives Onions, Sautéed  Pizza-part bake at 445 degrees 10-12 minutes

Brownie Mix

This is my favorite mix to make as I hate, with a passion, buying box mixes but it is so difficult and inconvenient to make it when you are in a rush; it sucks! This mix can be stored for up to 6 months as along as you place it in an air tight container and in a cool dark area of your house (pantry is perfect). I forgot to picture my organic sugar, but nonetheless it is pictured below. I hope you enjoy these brownies as much as we do.
You Will Need:
6 Cups Flour
8 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Powder
1 tbsp Salt
To Make:
2 1/4 Cup Brownie Mix
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Butter, melted
2 tsp Vanilla

Add baking powder to cocoa powder
Add flour, sugar, salt
Optional, you can add in chocolate chips
Mix everything together
Will last up to 6 months stored in an air tight container
**To Cook:
**Mix all the ingredients in your stand mixer or with an electric mixer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick insert comes out clean. {You can add more mini soy-free chocolate chips before baking. Also, add homemade mini marshmallows}. Allow to cool completely, then cut and top with homemade vanilla ice cream! YUM! (or serve it warm with the ice cream, now that is my favorite!)
