Focaccia

Focaccia is soooo fun to make esp with kids. I love getting my kids involved in cooking. The younger you get them cooking, the more love they have for it and want to do it. I started my son off at 4 years old.. today he LOVES to cook. I did not do the same with my daughter and she is really not into cooking. So, I decided any children we have going forward, their little butts will be cooking. Anytime my nieces or nephews are over, we cook together (bread, pizza, biscuits, whatever).  You Will Need: 4 Cups Bread Flour (King Arthur) 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar (honey or agava)  1.5 tsp Yeast 1 tbsp Oil (olive or avocado) 1 3/4 Cups Warm Water  Bake at 445 degrees 10-12 minutes

Vanilla Pudding Mix

I would NEVER buy pudding at the grocery store because of all the nasty additives they put in the pudding. I have been making my own pudding mix for many years and could not imagine buying the store crap any further. There are lots of recipes that call for vanilla pudding and I enjoy using my own mix; where I know I can control the amount of stuff in it and what is in it.
You Will Need:
3/4 Cup Cornstarch
1 Cup Sugar
2 Vanilla Beans
3/4 Cup Dry Milk Powder (Bob's Red Mill)
1 tsp Salt
Mix all ingredients together, except the vanilla beans
I like to leave my beans whole, I will cut them open at the time I need them and I like adding an extra 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Put the beans in the middle of the mix, in your mason jar, close and shake
**To Make: Mix 2 cups raw milk with 1/2 cup pudding mix in a medium sauce pan over high heat and whisk like a crazy person. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat stirring or whisking until thickened enough to coat the back of a wooden spoon (roughly 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes before eating.**
