Focaccia

Focaccia is soooo fun to make esp with kids. I love getting my kids involved in cooking. The younger you get them cooking, the more love they have for it and want to do it. I started my son off at 4 years old.. today he LOVES to cook. I did not do the same with my daughter and she is really not into cooking. So, I decided any children we have going forward, their little butts will be cooking. Anytime my nieces or nephews are over, we cook together (bread, pizza, biscuits, whatever).  You Will Need: 4 Cups Bread Flour (King Arthur) 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar (honey or agava)  1.5 tsp Yeast 1 tbsp Oil (olive or avocado) 1 3/4 Cups Warm Water  Bake at 445 degrees 10-12 minutes

Velveeta Cheese

I love making homemade velveeta cheese. It is simple to make and very cheap to buy, especially if you have the ingredients on hand. I recommend using the gelatin I link down below because it is made from grass fed animals and is a lot better for you than regular unflavored gelatin. But if you cannot afford this, unflavored gelatin will do just fine.
You Will Need:
.28 oz Grass-Fed Gelatin
1-1 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
6 tbsp Bob's Red Milk Powder Milk
16 oz. Milk Cheddar Cheese

Shred your cheese
Take a bread dish and line with plastic cling wrap; make sure its over the sides
I can eat this cheese plain, I love mild cheddar cheese (from whole foods market)
Measure out your gelatin
Add your powder milk, gelatin in your blender, then add your boiling water (I put my water in the microwave until I saw it boiling- took about 3 minutes)
Add cheese and blend until smooth
Pour into your dish, and cover with plastic wrap (BPA-Free wrap! Of course!) Place in fridge for 8 hours or overnight
BAM you made it! Without all the nasty ingredients and still melts like regular stuff!
