Focaccia

Focaccia is soooo fun to make esp with kids. I love getting my kids involved in cooking. The younger you get them cooking, the more love they have for it and want to do it. I started my son off at 4 years old.. today he LOVES to cook. I did not do the same with my daughter and she is really not into cooking. So, I decided any children we have going forward, their little butts will be cooking. Anytime my nieces or nephews are over, we cook together (bread, pizza, biscuits, whatever).  You Will Need: 4 Cups Bread Flour (King Arthur) 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar (honey or agava)  1.5 tsp Yeast 1 tbsp Oil (olive or avocado) 1 3/4 Cups Warm Water  Bake at 445 degrees 10-12 minutes

Crockpot Hot Chocolate

The BEST hot chocolate I have ever had or made! This hot chocolate has become a VERY traditional drink around the holidays and winter time. We find that we have to make sure to have the ingredients on hand and ready for whenever we want hot cocoa and boy it does not disappoint. Winter this year has been absolutely horrible here in Ohio, not to sure why but oooo I am over it. Needless to say my crockpot has been getting a workout with hot chocolate and apple cider. I keep telling myself, it is almost over, you can make it through the -2 degree weather! But it is very hard to do since it never gets this cold here; in the 6 years I lived here it has never been this cold.

You Will Need:
Homemade Marshmallows
6 Cups Milk
14 oz. Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Cups Chocolate Chips
Add milk, heavy cream and vanilla to the crockpot. Add chocolate chips. Add condensed milk. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring often. Before serving whisk well to break up any chunks of chocolate
Enjoy this yummy-ness! (I put caramel around my husbands cup inside, added marshmallows then the cocoa. Topped it with Chocolate Glazed Donut from Flavor God. He said it is the best hot cocoa he has ever had. Let me know what y'all think!
