Strawberry Lemonade

I know I canned some strawberry lemonade concentrate and that is amazing no doubt esp since it has sat and all the flavors have blended nicely together.. but I wanted to make something fresh for by the pool.  You Will Need: 3 Cups Lemon Juice, fresh 1 Container Berries, cut Puree: 2 Cups Berries 2 tbsp Sugar 1/2 Cup Water  -Blend together until smooth Simple Syrup: 2 Cups Water 2 Cups Sugar   -Bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved 4 Cups Cold Water

Strawberry Pie

Strawberry pie is the only pie I enjoy. I HATE any other pie because of the crust. Since this is made with graham crackers, I enjoy it more. I usually ask my mother-in-law Gloria to make this for me every so often, but now that I think about it, it has been a while since we have made this. These photos were taken back in 2018, but today (May 2023) I am making this pie again!! Let's gooooo! (excited is an understatement) 

You Will Need:
3 tbsp Corn Starch 
1/3 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Water
16 oz Strawberries, sliced
3 oz Strawberry Jello
6 tbsp Butter
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Crushed Graham Crackers (I like Annie's)
