Focaccia

Focaccia is soooo fun to make esp with kids. I love getting my kids involved in cooking. The younger you get them cooking, the more love they have for it and want to do it. I started my son off at 4 years old.. today he LOVES to cook. I did not do the same with my daughter and she is really not into cooking. So, I decided any children we have going forward, their little butts will be cooking. Anytime my nieces or nephews are over, we cook together (bread, pizza, biscuits, whatever).  You Will Need: 4 Cups Bread Flour (King Arthur) 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar (honey or agava)  1.5 tsp Yeast 1 tbsp Oil (olive or avocado) 1 3/4 Cups Warm Water  Bake at 445 degrees 10-12 minutes

Christmas Shop With Me

Shopping for my families Christmas gifts. I tend to get these done early so I know everything will be here on time, I always get VERY nervous that things will arrive late and will ruin someone's gift. I did shop for my dad prior to this (throughout the year) and I crocheted him a blanket. My husband, and 2 kids were shopped for here (except Kris' desktop I got on Best Buy, Kai's was out of stock on Best Buy so I had to get it here). I also got Dan's new iPad 12.9 off another website prior to this when they had them closed out I think I have had that iPad for 4 months now just hidden away (under my side of the bed) lol.
Our 2 children are homeschooled, and have been since they were in the 3rd grade (my son did homeschooling for Kindergarten then went to a traditional school, but after a lot of issues with the school and bullying, self confidence issues we decided to put them back in K12 (OHVA) and they have been there ever since. My daughter, Kai, has gained sooooo much confidence in math (which is the subject she was struggling in big time). OHVA allows her one on one time if she needs it for extra help, the teachers are amazing at answering her questions and giving her guidance when she needs it. OHVA is just like a traditional school, except it is online. They are expected to attend online live classes with their classmates and teaches daily (they have 6 or 7 classes a day right now). They are excepted to do everything a traditional school would except from high schoolers.
