Focaccia Pizza

Focaccia is soooo fun to make esp with kids. I love getting my kids involved in cooking. The younger you get them cooking, the more love they have for it and want to do it. I started my son off at 4 years old.. today he LOVES to cook. I did not do the same with my daughter and she is really not into cooking. So, I decided any children we have going forward, their little butts will be cooking. Anytime my nieces or nephews are over, we cook together (bread, pizza, biscuits, whatever).  You Will Need: 4 Cups Bread Flour (King Arthur) 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar (honey or agava)  1.5 tsp Yeast 1 tbsp Oil (olive or avocado) 1 3/4 Cups Warm Water  Toppings: Rao Pizza Sauce Sausage Links, cooked and cut Applegate Pepperoni Green Bell Pepper Mushrooms Olives Onions, Sautéed  Pizza-part bake at 445 degrees 10-12 minutes

Christmas 2022

Christmas 2022 is in the books! What a GREAT day we had just being together and celebrating. Not to mention, we really had no choice, we were "stormed" in from all the rain/snow we got here in Ohio. We really did not mind that at all. Just hung out, enjoyed playing games, setting up new computers and my mother in law came over. Not having to worry about pleasing every single person coming over, was nice, just did our thing the four of us.

The kids are SOO ready for school now, the office transformation turned out exactly how I envisioned it and their reaction was beyond what I thought! I loved every second of that! We decided that morning after breakfast that we would give them the rooms first, then they would not think about computers since they were not in there.. sneaky but smart! They had ZERO idea.

The Christmas unwrapping our gifts below has my children out of it for their privacy and has music over it since my husband had his vinyl's playing Christmas music, we did not want any issues with copyright. We truly hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Years!!! 2023 here we come one way or another! Time to let a LOT of bad baggage go this year!! I feel free!!
