Pizza Bar

It has taken me a very long time to create the PERFECT pizza dough recipe. We had some of our closest friends over, and I decided for dinner we would do a pizza bar with their 3 kiddos, my 2 kiddos, and us 4 adults. Two of my pizza crust recipes fed us all with lots of leftovers. The kids 100% loved making their own pizza, one of the kiddos wanted a heart shape pizza, the others just loved "playing" with the crust. It was such an amazing experience with them. I love teaching young kids new things and including them in the kitchen. I believe it's important for their growth. Anyhow, when I made my dough recipe, our friends said the crust was the best crust, fluffiest crust, they'd ever had. Asked for the recipe. This will not fail, and will turn out amazing. I found a way to cut my time needed in half, by using my bread machine my hubby and kids got me for Christmas.
You will Need:
5 Cups Bread Flour (or All Purpose)
2 Cups Warm Water
1 tbsp Yeast
4 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Here is the bread machine I am using, it has been a life-saver, but I learned my lesson. I started this dough 3 hours before I needed it, and the dough went all out the machine and rose everywhere! Oops.. I suggest starting the dough 1.5 hours before needing it.
