Chicken Noodle Bake

Chicken noodle bake is one our of favorite winter dishes, hell it is a year round favorite. What I love about it is that I am making soup, thickening the soup up and you can enjoy this soup as soup or over mashed potatoes. I enjoy the soup itself soooo much! But the mashed potatoes just gives it another level and depth of flavor. 

You Will Need: 

4 Chicken Breast (seasoned and cooked)

4 Celery Stocks, diced

1 Cup Carrots, diced

1/2 an Onion, diced

1 tsp Garlic

32 oz-64 oz Chicken Bone Broth

2 Lg Cans Condensed Chicken Soup

3 Bay Leaves

Salt & Pepper, to taste

Mashed Potatoes, of your choice (we love homemade)
