This is such an easy meal. I forgot how much I love this meal and how much the kids loved it. It is def going on our monthly menu more often instead of once every few years. Adding new dinners to our menu is something I really enjoy doing, not only does it mean trying new dinners or re-trying dinners from before but it allows me to see how much my kids have changed. For example, my daughter K hated this meal when I last made it, in fact I think she is the reason I stopped making it. Here, she LOVED it and asked me to add it to the next menu month. Of course I will!! You Will Need:
4 Cups Beef Bone Broth
2 pks Beef Gravy
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
4 tsp Minced Onion (or cut your own I like these)
1 pk 8 Cube Steaks
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Oil, to coat your pan (I used avocado oil)
