Strawberry Dole Whip


Stuffed Pepper Soup


Stuffed pepper soup is one of my most favorite soups for fall/winter time. There is just nothing that tops it, in my opinion. Now, I make this much differently than typical. I make it just like my stuffed peppers but keep the rice aside, here you will see me add the rice to the pot, I only do that if I know we will eat it almost all in one night and we did just that. You want to keep the rice separate since rice will absorb the liquid, thus not making it soup any longer. 

You Will Need:
1 lb Ground Beef
2 Cups Rice, cooked
1 Can Tomato Sauce
Peppers, (any color and amount, I like more)
1 Onion, diced 
1/2 Jar of Taco Bell Hot Sauce 
1 Full Jar of Taco Bell Mild Sauce
4 Cups Beef Bone Broth
