Focaccia

Focaccia is soooo fun to make esp with kids. I love getting my kids involved in cooking. The younger you get them cooking, the more love they have for it and want to do it. I started my son off at 4 years old.. today he LOVES to cook. I did not do the same with my daughter and she is really not into cooking. So, I decided any children we have going forward, their little butts will be cooking. Anytime my nieces or nephews are over, we cook together (bread, pizza, biscuits, whatever).  You Will Need: 4 Cups Bread Flour (King Arthur) 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar (honey or agava)  1.5 tsp Yeast 1 tbsp Oil (olive or avocado) 1 3/4 Cups Warm Water  Bake at 445 degrees 10-12 minutes

Organize With Me

I try to stay as organized as humanly possible with 2 kids 3 dogs and a husband (aka 3rd child!) Some days the house is better than other days. Some days the downstairs will look stunning and then you go upstairs and the game room is a mess, beds not made, bathroom has clothes everywhere and so forth. I do my best with what I have and honestly some days it just stays how you see it, some days I am lucky to manage to cope throughout the day (if I have a migraine or just do not feel well). Last week, I got the pantry under control again, now it is time to move onto messier things. 😂😂
But with Spring right around the corner, I am trying something new this year. I am trying to get ahead of the clutter and mess before Spring arrives, let's see how that goes. My idea is to declutter, clean, and organize 2 draws a day in my kitchen. Now each day I will compile into 1 big video instead of 4 separate ones. So... yeah these draws were icky and in big need for cleaning, decluttering and just organization in general. I cannot believe we allowed them to get this bad. Some days we could not even close the draws or open them and finding things was a mystery too.
