Beef Stew

Winter time for me means crockpot soups, stews and more comfort foods. Beef stew is a family favorite like most my recipes. I swear the kids tell me all the time "mom you are an amazing cook." Sometimes, I do not believe them because I make mistakes, I fuck up, it is called being human. Butttttt other times, I am like hells yes I am!!! That dinner was amazing!!! This is one of those. You Will Need: 1 Chuck Roast 1 Bag Small Potatoes, cut 1 Bag Baby Carrots 64 oz. Beef Bone Broth (this is important) 4-6 packets Beef Gravy (I use Kinder Bone Broth Gravy) It is important you use beef bone broth. Why? Because bone broth is sooooo good for you! It has natural collagen and fats that keep you from getting sick. We switched to bone broths ONLY and have rarely gotten sick during winter months. Nothing more than a common cold, no flu, no covid *knocks on wood*! Crockpot cook on high for 4 hours, low 6 hours. I like low and slow!!

Rice-a-Roni

These make the best Christmas gifts ever. Who does not appreciate food, made with very minimal ingredients. I sure do and would love these as a gift. Esp since each 32 oz mason jar holds 3 servings or 3 meals each. I included 1 Spanish rice, 1 chicken, 1 beef and 1 brownie mix for each person we are gifting too.
You Will Need:
6 Cups Rice
2 Boxes Fideo Noodles

Chicken:
2 Cups rice
1 Cup Fideo
1/2 tsp Pepper
3 tbsp Chicken Bouillon
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Beef:
2 Cups rice
1 Cup Fideo
2 tbsp Parsley Flakes
1/2 tsp Pepper
3 tbsp Beef Bouillon
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Spanish Rice:
2 Cups rice
1 Cup Fideo
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Minced Onion
2 tbsp Tomato Bouillon
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

To Make: heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet with 1 cup rice/noodle mix. Cook until brown. Add 2 cups of bone broth (I use chicken for chicken, beef for beef and beef for Spanish Rice one). Add 2 tbsp seasoning mix and cook for 15 mins (stirring often).
If you would like my tags for this, LMK. These are amazing gifts!!
