Copycat Starbucks Egg Bites

These are soooo fluffy, soooo good, and sooooo EASY to make. Why would you waste your money buying them at Starbucks or worse buying them in a grocery store with a ton of additives? No thanks. These made 9 egg bites with 8 eggs, few slices of ham, whatever veggies you want (my kids do not care for veggies except bell pepper in eggs, but I do not have any). I will link the Dash below. 😀 My kids LOVE these topped with salsa, but obvi you do not need to top it with anything.  You Will Need: 8 Eggs Chives Salt & Pepper  Butter (little in each mold) Cheese (little in each mold) Ham, diced (little in each mold) Bell Peppers, diced (little in each mold) Onions, diced (little in each mold) Frozen Potatoes, thawed (little in each mold) 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese Shop my amazon storefront  (the egg bite maker is there!)

Biscuits & Gravy Casserole

One of my favorite Sunday casserole dishes, before Mass, has got to be this biscuit and gravy casserole. And the most amazing thing is right now you can find good quality biscuit's at Kroger from Annie's. They are made with pure organic ingredients and that is what I used here (unfortunately I forgot to picture it). The good thing about this is that it cooks up so fast that it takes no time to make while getting ready for 9 AM Mass. PERFECTION!!! The kids love this meal; they are so happy when I make it on Sunday's.
You Will Need:
1 pkg Sausage
1 Cup Homemade Buttermilk
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Southern Buttermilk Biscuits
