Focaccia

Focaccia is soooo fun to make esp with kids. I love getting my kids involved in cooking. The younger you get them cooking, the more love they have for it and want to do it. I started my son off at 4 years old.. today he LOVES to cook. I did not do the same with my daughter and she is really not into cooking. So, I decided any children we have going forward, their little butts will be cooking. Anytime my nieces or nephews are over, we cook together (bread, pizza, biscuits, whatever).  You Will Need: 4 Cups Bread Flour (King Arthur) 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar (honey or agava)  1.5 tsp Yeast 1 tbsp Oil (olive or avocado) 1 3/4 Cups Warm Water  Bake at 445 degrees 10-12 minutes

Homemade Nuggets & Fries

Chicken nuggets and fries, what more is needed to be sad.. These are a stable food item in our home with all our kids. You really cannot go wrong. Now, I did not show this, but you can cook these fully and freeze them for later time. I am going to be making a 4 times batch (instead of grounding the chicken myself, I am saving me a step and buying ground chicken you can too) so I can have them in the freezer. I think it is bonkers to pay $12.99 for a good organic bag of chicken nuggets and hardly have any in there! Insane! So f that! I am making my own from here on out. One thing I did wrong here, I let the chicken soak in a salt brine then added more salt, these were salty!!! Don't do that! lol Just use ground chicken! I was also out of bread crumbs, normally you dip in flour, in egg then bread crumbs. Well, I did not have those so we double dipped in flour. They were VERY good.
You Will Need:
1 tsp Salt & Pepper
1 lb Ground Chicken
1 tsp Paprika, Garlic Powder, & Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Cup Flour
2 Eggs
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
