Focaccia Pizza

Focaccia is soooo fun to make esp with kids. I love getting my kids involved in cooking. The younger you get them cooking, the more love they have for it and want to do it. I started my son off at 4 years old.. today he LOVES to cook. I did not do the same with my daughter and she is really not into cooking. So, I decided any children we have going forward, their little butts will be cooking. Anytime my nieces or nephews are over, we cook together (bread, pizza, biscuits, whatever).  You Will Need: 4 Cups Bread Flour (King Arthur) 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar (honey or agava)  1.5 tsp Yeast 1 tbsp Oil (olive or avocado) 1 3/4 Cups Warm Water  Toppings: Rao Pizza Sauce Sausage Links, cooked and cut Applegate Pepperoni Green Bell Pepper Mushrooms Olives Onions, Sautéed  Pizza-part bake at 445 degrees 10-12 minutes

Green Smoothie

I recreated when wanting something new, yet healthy and packed full of nutrients. I threw a little of this, a little of that, and bam the Incredible Hulk Favorite was born! The smoothie is named Incredible Hulk because my son loves Hulk and not only that, the smoothie provides a strong punch without being 'too' over powering. It packs a mean punch to keep you healthy and satisfied. The best thing of all, the children have no idea what they are drinking, they just love the flavors. No idea it has spinach (lettuce as they call it) and all those yummy vitamins from all the fruits.
You Will Need:
1 Peeled Organic Orange
Handful of Organic Spinach
2 Cups Ice
Quarter of a Organic Lime (with rhine)
Quarter of a Organic Pineapple (with rhine)
1 Kiwi (peeled)
Half a Banana (peeled)
4 tbsp of Agave Or Organic Raw Honey
Blend until it is smooth and enjoy (do not serve over ice, just drink as is or you can freeze these into popsicles when your littles are sick. My little girl LOVES these when she is not feeling well.
