Lasagna

Lasagna is a family favorite, always has been, always will be. Does not matter if I make them into rolls or just classic lasagna like this. The kids always tell me 'why don't you make this more often?' Mmmm. Idk!! When we had our home blessed by Father Boniface I made lasagna rolls, salad and homemade garlic bread. Father Boniface LOVED it, he had thirds and took some back for the other Father's. It always makes me feel amazing when people love what I make and truly enjoy it. That gives me joy. 
You Will Need: 
1 Box Lasagna Noodles
16 Oz. Ricotta
2 Eggs
Salt & Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Italian Seasoning 
Meat Sauce Recipe (minus the meatballs that is in the recipe)
32 Oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
