Focaccia Pizza

Focaccia is soooo fun to make esp with kids. I love getting my kids involved in cooking. The younger you get them cooking, the more love they have for it and want to do it. I started my son off at 4 years old.. today he LOVES to cook. I did not do the same with my daughter and she is really not into cooking. So, I decided any children we have going forward, their little butts will be cooking. Anytime my nieces or nephews are over, we cook together (bread, pizza, biscuits, whatever).  You Will Need: 4 Cups Bread Flour (King Arthur) 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar (honey or agava)  1.5 tsp Yeast 1 tbsp Oil (olive or avocado) 1 3/4 Cups Warm Water  Toppings: Rao Pizza Sauce Sausage Links, cooked and cut Applegate Pepperoni Green Bell Pepper Mushrooms Olives Onions, Sautéed  Pizza-part bake at 445 degrees 10-12 minutes

Sourdough S'Mores Bread

I am soooo excited to bring this recipe to you to end a wonderful summer here at our home in Ohio. It has been a hot one this summer, but our pool def got its use. In the fall, we plan to have more patio poured so we can move our pool and really free up the grassy areas. (might even plant a new tree where the pool used to be! we will see). But, this recipe is seriously the BEST! With all the trips we have taken this summer, we love packing some pieces of this loaf for our road trips (Aug 9th is our next one). I hope y'all enjoy this as much as we do.
You Will Need:
100 grams Active Sourdough Starter
25 grams Filtered water
500 grams Bread Flour
10 grams Salt
130 grams Chocolate Chips
100 grams Mini Marshmallows
1/2 Sleeve Graham Crackers, crushed into bite-sized pieces
This recipe takes 19 hours to complete, so be sure you have the time set aside.
